Our skilled nursing services provides peace of mind for family members with 24/7 remote monitoring and regular in-home visits by a Registered Nurse or licensed vocational nurse.
Our state-of-the-art remote monitoring service turns the patient’s home into a virtual hospital room. Backed by trained professionals, our care center continuously monitors patient vital signs for changes that may indicate an imminent health problem.
Unlike traditional private duty nursing services, Nurse At Your Door can send a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to a patient’s home for visits as short as 1 hour. This opens up an entirely new set of skilled nursing services that can be delivered efficiently and cost effectively.

Susan Dost — CEO and President of Sheridan In-Home Care, Co-Founder of NAYD
Susan founded Sheridan In-Home care in 2000 and has served more than 3,000 clients over the past 14 years. Susan rapidly grew the company and presently employs 165 caregivers in Los Angeles. Through the growing demands of her clientele, Susan began providing concierge services to broaden Sheridan’s scope of eldercare from the beginning. She saw a unique opportunity to bring a type of service to her clients in the comfort of their home. This caught nationwide attention and Sheridan has received many awards for providing a continuum of client services in the home. Susan is an IFR certified pilot and flies missions for Angel Flight West.
Kelly Rosenberry — RN BSN, Co-Founder of NAYD President of Concierge Nursing, Inc.
Kelly has 28 years of experience in highly specialized clinical settings and nursing management. Her expertise is in critical care and cardiology services with an emphasis in providing and coordinating patient care as well as departmental operations. She is dedicated to patient/family advocacy and serves as a liaison between patients, staff, physicians, and hospital administration. In 1998 Kelly melded her nursing expertise and management skills to emerge as a leader in Concierge medicine working directly with the most prominent clients and physicians in greater Los Angeles to develop a premium in-home nursing concierge. She co-founded NAYD to combine skilled nursing and remote monitoring services to optimize patient’s health through better management of chronic and acute medical conditions.
Liz Cantz — Sales and Marketing Executive , Sheridan In-Home Care and NAYD
Liz has worked in the health care field for over 20 years and is a leading advocate for home care. Liz sits on the Board of The Parkinson’s Association and works closely with various associations including Alzheimer’s, Cancer, Stroke, and MS. Her passion and knowledge with mature adult living communities, rehabilitation centers and major hospitals has led to her extensive professional connections in the health care industry.
